Take advantage of your VA education benefits with our Veterans Apprenticeship Program.

By joining our force, you will be home consistently 3 out of 4 weekends for a 34-hour restart. We offer a 12-month on-the-job training program. This program will help you become a safe and reliable driver with experienced quality trainers who will teach you the essentials of trucking.

To enhance the quality of training, our skilled professional trainers are on the same 14-hour clock as the trainees. While you are driving, your trainer is seated beside you in order to provide support and guidance in your development of safe driving habits.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

During your 12-month Veteran's Apprenticeship, Marvin Keller guarantees $600 to $800 paid weekly via direct deposit, depending on your stage of training within the program. These earnings are in addition to your qualified GI benefits.

Medical Insurance available on your first day, Dental, Optical, Supplemental, and Term Life Insurance as well as Paid Holidays after 60 days of employment. $25 to $100 for each defect-free DOT roadside inspection. Paid holidays, paid weekly via direct deposit (including per diem). Half-priced Marvin Keller apparel, Paid DOT physical, 401K retirement plan (company match), Pet friendly, and Rider Policy. Benefits are available to all Honorably Discharged Military Veterans, National Guard, and Military Reservists.
